Additionally, we operate strategic service hubs across targeted U.S. regions to provide on-demand drone spraying and spreading for agricultural and ancillary applications.

We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Region Lead to oversee operations at our Pacific Northwest (PNW) hub. In this role, you will refine operations, build strong stakeholder relationships, and position Rantizo as the region's premier provider for drone spray and spreading services. As a leader, you will manage regional profitability, oversee a growing team of drone pilots, and drive the adoption of Rantizo’s cutting-edge solutions across the PNW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Relationship Building:  Develop and execute agreements for agricultural and non-agricultural spraying and spreading services. Cultivate strong relationships with growers, retailers, and ancillary stakeholders. 
  • Team Leadership:  Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team, including drone pilots and support staff. Provide coaching to improve operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships. 
  • Operational Management:  Oversee day-to-day regional operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely service delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, coordinating deployments as needed. 
  • Strategic Execution:  Implement the annual regional business and marketing plan while contributing to the development of the three-year strategic plan. 
  • Training and Development:  Lead or coordinate regional training programs for staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with Rantizo standards and industry regulations. 
  • Metrics and Reporting:  Consistently track and report key performance metrics to corporate leadership and hub staff, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Profitability and Utilization:  Deliver sustainable hub economics by maximizing pilot and equipment utilization while maintaining cost efficiency. 

Qualifications
  • Experience and Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of regional agricultural networks, including retailers and growers. Agronomy background preferred. 
    • Proven track record in agricultural product or service sales. 
    • Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership roles. 
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Well-respected and connected within the region and agricultural community. 
    • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on profitability. 
    • Excellent financial and operational acumen. 
    • Strong communicator with a proactive, action-oriented approach. 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing pesticide application services. 
  • Drone pilot experience with diverse spray and spread use cases. 
  • Project management and organizational skills. 
  • Current drone spraying or aerial application credentials (Part 107 and Part 137 certifications, pesticide application licenses, etc.).
